Strachur, Argyll

This cottage is in an enviable position on the lochside of Loch Fyne with nothing to interrupt the beautiful views. Wildlife is plentiful, seabirds abound, ducks, including Eider ducks, are frequent visitors and a large rock in front of the cottage is a resting-place for seals.

The cottage stands in its own grounds, offering complete privacy, despite its nearness to the village, with a flowery cultivated front garden that is a suntrap in the afternoon and evening. The rear garden is wild and untamed, leading up to the hills behind the cottage. At the side of the cottage is a lawned area with plenty of room for parking cars and boats.
