Accommodation comprises:

• Living room with solid fuel stove and back boiler providing heating to all rooms and hot water. Tastefully furnished with comfy leather sofa and chair and room for dining room table and chairs (stored in bedroom two), TV and DVD player. Picture window with spectacular views over Loch Fyne and beyond.

• Main bedroom with double bed (with electric blanket for extra cosiness)!  Watch the sun rise across the loch, view from bed.

• Second bedroom with twin beds (single bed plus pull-out oak frame single bed) which converts to a double bed.

• Fully equipped kitchen with washer/drier, fridge with small ice box compartment, microwave, electric toaster and kettle.  Pine breakfast bar with bar stools. Electric immersion heater for hot water, independent of solid fuel stove, is controlled from here.

• Bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
